Job Description:
1. Working on End to End recruitment process
2. Sourcing candidates through various sources
3. job portals, social network and head hunting
4. Posting and advertising the jobs on various sites
5. Preliminary screening/ conduct first level telephonic interview /shortlisting the right profile against the given requirement
6. Schedule interviews with different levels / clients and follow up for the feed backs
7. Willing to work as per US Eastern timings/Night shifts.
Mandatory skills:
* Good Communication skills- both verbal and written.
* Strong learning skills.
* Must be able to work in a team
